A good product solves a specific problem well. It is clear about what it does, makes the next step obvious, and remains understandable when something goes wrong.
That is the idea behind WebhookScheduler, our public product for scheduled HTTP delivery. It is also the lens we use for our guides: explain the decision, make the tradeoffs visible and give the reader something they can use.
A trial reminder is a good example: schedule it, cancel it when the customer upgrades, and inspect the delivery when something needs attention. We build around complete jobs like this. Our guides explain how to put them into practice.
