Information We Collect

Email address. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we require.

Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers, countries, devices, and browsers. It does not use third-party cookies and does not provide us with a browsing history tied to an identifiable person.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

• Send selected guides and product notes you subscribed to
• Occasionally share relevant updates about AllClearStack
• Respond to your questions or feedback

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Newsletter subscriptions are stored with Resend, our email service provider. Pending welcome and preference emails are stored in our access-restricted Supabase database so failed requests can be retried. Their recipient and message body are cleared after processing, or within seven days. We retain delivery references and a keyed identifier to prevent duplicate messages. Request limits use keyed identifiers rather than stored email addresses or IP addresses.

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data

Cookies

AllClearStack does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your display preference may be stored locally in your browser so the site can remember light or dark mode.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify subscribers of significant changes via email.
